And Here We Go Again

Second day of cloudy, wet fall weather in Fort Collins and snow in the foothills, already-- but that's Colorado.

I put up a new poem based on a local "character"-- there's an optional "challenge" for you-- weave a poem in which you interact with someone you run into when you're out and about and post the link here. Tell your friends about us-- tweet, FB, the rest. Happy writing and thanks for participating. xxxxj

Welcome Once More to Friday Poets....

It's only fifty-three minutes into Friday-- but as I normally get this going on Thursday, apologies! I had a pc crash and had to re-enter lots of passwords et cetera. So we are live again and I hope you will continue to participate in this meme and to recruit others. I'll be tweeting this as well. I look forward once more to reading each of you! xxxJenne'

Friday Fest for August 25 Now Live!

How did Friday come around again so quickly. So much going on in the world at the moment to write and think about-- autumn, for those of us who necessarily live by the seasons and know that the last hay cutting is down. The people arising in Libya-- the spread of what we hope will be democracy over the Middle East. And a great force of nature about to swoop down on the Atlantic Seaboard, perchance-- I said to a friend last night that the satellite photos look like whirling God-hair over the curve of our planet. Please do enter your name and url in the Mr. Linky Widget below and publicize this meme on Facebook, Twitter, your blogs. Here we go!
